Single headstones
to two hundred niches.

Most of what leaves the works is one of twelve kinds of job. Some are a crate; some are a year of phased containers. The route through the plant is the same — what changes is how long the stone is held on one block run.

Selected work
in detail.

What the buyer needed, what made the job particular, and how it was produced and shipped.

Granite stonework supplied by Raghav Natural Stones for a hotel project in Saudi Arabia Hospitality project Hotel stonework, Saudi Arabia MarketSaudi Arabia Product[Cladding / flooring / steps — confirm] Stone[Stone name — confirm] Scale[Area or container count — confirm] A hotel package for a Saudi buyer, supplied from the works in Tamil Nadu. [Replace with what the scope actually covered — which areas of the building, which finishes, and what the buyer needed to see approved before production started.] The requirement was held on one block run so the shade stayed constant across the whole job, and the load was crated and released to the site programme. [Add the phasing, the lead time and anything the buyer said afterwards.]
Carved granite Buddha statue supplied by Raghav Natural Stones for a theme park in Thailand Sculpture project Buddha statue, Thailand MarketThailand ProductCarved Buddha statue Stone[Stone name — confirm] Scale[Height and weight — confirm] A carved Buddha figure for a Thai theme park — the kind of work that is roughed out by machine and then finished entirely by hand, because the face, the hands and the fall of the robe are what the piece is judged on. [Replace with the height, the posture and who the client was.] Carving of this scale is cut from a single block wherever the block allows it, with progress photographs sent at roughing and again at detail. [Add the block size, the carving time, and how it was braced and crated for shipping.]

How a project
actually runs.

The block reservation is the step that matters. Everything after it is scheduling; almost everything that goes wrong on a phased job goes wrong before it.

Once a project's stone is held on one run, phase three still matches phase one. Released piecemeal against a rising market, it rarely does — and no amount of care on the polishing line fixes that afterwards.

EnquiryDrawings, a BOQ, a cemetery rule sheet or photographs with sizes on them. All four are workable — a finished drawing is not required to get a price.
PhasingCrated by floor, zone, section or plot and released to your programme, so a site is not storing stone it cannot fix yet.
Mixed scopeMemorial and architectural work run through the same plant in the same week, so one container can carry both.
RecordsDrawings, block numbers, finishes and layouts kept on file, so an addition years later matches rather than merely resembles.
InspectionThird-party inspection welcome at the works; otherwise measured photographs of each piece and of the sealed container.
