About — Capabilities

Quarry face to sealed
container, in one chain.

The works sits inside the Hosur–Krishnagiri granite belt, so blocks reach us in hours rather than days. Everything after that — sawing, polishing, cutting, carving, lettering, dry assembly and crating — happens under one roof, by people we employ.

Blocks selected at the face Gangsaw & cutter lines CNC and bridge saws Our own carvers Dry assembly yard

Six belts,
one order sheet.

Blacks and greys come from the south, reds and golds from the north. Buying from one supplier across both is what keeps a mixed container to one delivery and one invoice.

Southern beltsBlacks, greys, greens and browns

  • Krishnagiri & HosurTamil Nadu — Blacks and greys — the works sits inside this belt
  • Ongole & ChimakurthyAndhra Pradesh — Galaxy and premium blacks
  • Ilkal & ChamarajanagarKarnataka — Blacks, greys and greens
  • Khammam & WarangalTelangana — Tan brown and dark browns

Northern beltsReds, pinks and golds

  • Jalore & JaisalmerRajasthan — Reds, pinks and golds
  • Jhansi & BundelkhandMadhya Pradesh — Reds and multicolour

Blocks are marked against your order at the face. Colour consistency is decided there, not on the polishing line — which is why a whole job is held to one run before sawing starts.

Eight stages
inside the works.

A block that arrives on Monday can leave as a crated, lettered monument without going to a subcontractor at any point.

The carving shop is the part most exporters do not have. Portraits, ornament and figure work are cut here, by our own carvers — which is why a khachkar and a columbarium can be on the same container.

What capacity
actually means here.

Not a number on a brochure. It is whether a job can be held on one block run, cut to the drawing and shipped to your date.

  • Block handlingQuarry to yardBlocks selected, marked and held against a specific order before sawing starts.
  • Slab outputGangsaw & cutterFull block width slabs and cutter stock, sequence-numbered through the line.
  • Finished unitsCut-to-size & monumentsPiece-marked units to the signed drawing, from a single headstone to a container.
  • StructuresDry-built firstChapels, mausoleums and columbaria assembled, corrected and re-crated in build order.

For projects and phased work, the block reservation is the step that matters. Once a project's stone is held on one run, phase three still matches phase one — and that is the promise most first-time buyers are really testing.

One supplierQuarry selection, sawing, finishing, carving, lettering and packing in one chain — no subcontracted stage where a shade can change.
DrawingsAccepted in Russian, English or any language with dimensions on it; CAD files go straight to the machine. Production sheet signed before cutting.
Mixed capabilityMemorial work, architectural cut-to-size and landscaping run through the same plant in the same week, so one container can carry all three.
InspectionThird-party inspection welcome at the works; otherwise measured photographs of each piece and of the sealed container.
TestingWater absorption, density, flexural and abrasion reports from an independent laboratory, per consignment, on request.
VisitsBuyers are welcome at the works. Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu — roughly two hours from Bengaluru airport.

Come and see it,
or send a drawing first.
